There are several different possible causes of Restless Leg Syndrome— the body dumping acid into the system at night; a lack of vitamins and minerals; ADD/ADHD disorders; misalignment of the spine; or a combination of factors.
Restless Leg Syndrome can last all day long, occur only at night, or
appear in occasional bouts. Regardless of what the cause is or how often it
occurs, there are some Young Living products that can help to reduce and
even eliminating the symptoms.
The Essential Oils Desk Reference and Reference Guide for Essential
Oils recommend the following supplements and oils:
Supplements - Super B, Mineral Essence, Mega Cal , Multi Greens, Omega
Blue Soft gels, taken as directed, 1 TBS. Juva Power (in almond, rice or soy
milk or water) followed by ½ tsp. Alkalime in water.
Essential Oils: Immupro, Valerian, Wintergreen, Peace and Calming, Basil, Marjoram, Lavender, Cypress, Roman Chamomile, Aroma Siez, Relieve It, Acceptance, Gathering, Tranquil roll-on, and Deep Relief roll-on. These can be rubbed on the bottoms of the feet, lower back and /or the brain stem (back of the neck from shoulders to base of skull).
I suffer from Restless Leg Syndrome at night. I take 2-3 Super B’s per
day along with some of the other supplements. I also use Deep Relief and
Tranquil roll-ons along with some Valerian. Sandy, Fusion’s natural gardening expert, uses Peace and Calming and Relieve-It.
The recommended supplements and essential oils can be used in any
combination. The key will be trying the Young Living products that help to
relieve Restless Leg Syndrome, and finding which ones work best for you.
