Have you tried Young Living’s new roll-ons? If you have, you know how great these roll-ons are; if not, give then a try because you are going to love them! Young Living has 4 roll-ons available, detailed below. They range in price from $25.00 to $30.00 (retail), and users are enjoying the ease of application to animals, children, and on yourself. Enhanced portability and reduced mess make it easy to carry them in a purse or backpack (the tube is glass, so be careful!). I particularly like the ball of the roll-on because it makes for a nice gentle acupressure massage tool. The roll-on’s can be layered just like oils can for maximum effectiveness. For example—for the sore muscles, I have found that nothing works as well as layering Deep Relief and Tranquil.
Editor’s Note: Roll-on’s have become a staple in my animal care routine—the tubes make it easy to get through thick fur
and apply oils directly to the skin with minimal fuss or mess. Try them with your animals today!
Valor = a blend of coconut oil, spruce, rosewood, blue tansy, and frankincense oils.
Uses—Valor balances the spiritual and physical aspects of the body to increase feelings of strength, courage, and
self-esteem. It also helps the body to self-correct its balance and alignment.
Application— along the spine from the base of head to the tail bone, on the sides of the neck, on the bottoms of
the feet. An acupressure foot chart can help with the feet—the spinal column points are along the insides of the
feet (arch) from the big toe to the heel.
Breathe Again = a blend of coconut oil, eucalyptus staigeriana, eucalyptus globules, eucalyptus radiate,
eucalyptus blue, peppermint, myrtle, copal, rose hip, manuka, and laurus nobilis.
Uses—Breathe Again helps to support respiratory system and promotes healthy lung function.
Application— rub down the back of neck behind the ears and on the face along sinus points. Be sure not to get
the blend in the eyes. Rub on sinus points of the feet. Again, a foot chart can help you locate these points.
Deep Relief = a blend of coconut oil, peppermint, wintergreen, copal, palo santo, Idaho balsam fir, clove, vetiver,
lemon, and helichrysum.
Uses—Deep Relief helps to relieve muscle soreness and tension. Helps to relieve tension headaches.
Application - rub on sore muscles. For a headache rub on the back of neck, across forehead and jaw line.
Tranquil = a blend of coconut oil, lavender, cedarwood, and roman chamomile.
Uses—Tranquil calms and relaxes the mind. I have found it also relaxes muscles.
Application—to help induce sleep rub on the back of neck, across forehead, and on the temples. Can also be
rubbed on the associated foot points. I also use it on sore muscles and for restless leg syndrome.
