Tangerine

Tangerine essential oil is cold-pressed from the rinds of the fruit. It has anti-inflammatory properties, and aids in proper circulation. The oils is often used to help dissolve cellulite and reduce stretch marks, to reduce intestinal spasms and as a stomach tonic, and can help with fat digestion to reverse obesity. It aids in proper circulation, and can be used to ease dizziness and alleviate water retention.

Tangerine oil contains esters and aldehydes, molecular components that are sedating and calming. When diffused alone or in combination with oils such as marjoram, it can ease fear, reduce tension and sadness, and ease emotions such as grief, shock, and anger. Therapuetic-grade Tangerine is safe for internal consumption, and can be used to flavor foods and water. Many people report adding Tangerine to drinks at home, and to their water in restaurants—just 20-25 drops/gallon is all it takes to provide a tasty, therapeutic drink for yourself and everyone in your household!
