Present Time

Present Time is a blend of neroli, spruce, and Ylang Ylang. It is formulated to help bring people into the present moment and relieve the tension and stress of past traumas, as well as ease anxiety that results from anticipating future events.

Neroli - the Egyptians held this oil in high regard for its ability to calm and relax, and therefore heal, the mind, body and spirit. May help strengthen and stabilize the emotions and inspire relief from seemingly hopeless situations. Encourages confidence, courage, and peace.

Spruce - grounds the physical body, creating balance and opening the systems to receive; useful for releasing emotional blocks. Used by Lakota Indians to enhance communications with the Great Spirit.

Ylang Ylang - balances male and female energies; brings feelings of love, confidence, and joy.

Applications:

Diffuse.

Apply to the thymus by rubbing clockwise (down the sternum); neck; forehead.

Wear as perfume.

Jan's Notes: I use Present Time to enhance meditative processes, and to calm me when I feel overwhelmed. I lead a very busy life full of personal and professional demands, much like most others I know. Sometimes I react to things that have not happened yet - I begin to worry about finances, or how to deal with animals when their pain becomes too great, or what will happen to my marriage when we are stationed apart again. Using Present Time brings me back to today and enables me to remain calm, happy, and focused on life around me in the here and now. I have also used the blend as a gentle way to begin healing from past traumas.
